Hi Ali,I did all the steps and everything worked quite well, so thanks for that. Unfortunately I need the latest version of the OS 10.14.3 currently I have 10.14 but the system does not upgrade to the new one. The Software Update keeps telling me everything is up-to-date. Waste of time,Downloaded everything as advised in this tutorialIs the vmware image supposed to work also in VirtualBox?
After installing VB 6.0 (Not sure is the one mentioned here) and then applied the supplied code in admin command prompt, when I start the VM it does not go any further from a bunch of errors on initial screen:UEFI Interactive Shell v2.1EDK IIUEFI V2.40 (EDK II, 0x00010000)Mapping tableFS0: Alias(s):HD7A0A1:;BLK1:PciRoot)0x0) /Pci (0x1f and it goes similarly for BLK0, BLK2 AND 3Is this a version mismatch?. Thanks Ali,The extension pack was already installed, yet I reinstalled it, but didn’t help. However I got it to work after powering down and under settings USB I clicked add and added all the devices it was showing, including the keyboard. As usual I didn’t give up after it didn’t work, powered off and up again then the keyboard and mouse work. Seems settings take a few reboots to take!! I also noticed a pattern regarding the jerky movement and delayed keyboard input, SAVE the state then start the machine again, and the mouse and keyboard will respond normally. Maybe the pattern will hold it did after three instances of jerky movement. It seems the keyboard only talks to MacOS until it is shut down.
I hope someone can say if the keyboard is supposed to be exclusive to the Virtual machine, or it’s possible to type outside it (in windows) say if I click on a textbox outside of the Vbox window. Now the next thing that I can’t figure out is why MacOS thinks the network cable is not connected. Under the Vbox settings network I see the “Adapter 1” “Attached to” parameter is set to NAT. I can’t tell what NAT and the options mean. Any hints will be appreciated as to how to connect the Mojave machine to the network card.
